We're looking for a Social Media Account Manager to help take our agency to the next level. This isn’t just a traditional account management role — we’re looking for a proactive go-getter who can identify and bring in new clients, build long-term relationships, and represent think future. with professionalism and passion. Job Responsibilities 

  • Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, and presenting tailored proposals

  • Represent think future. as the first point of contact for potential clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers

  • Stay up to date on social media trends and the evolving needs of small businesses

  • Attend sales meetings and creative work sessions / brainstorms

  • Serve as the internal contact for the client, and facilitate on-going communication

  • Ensure that all client’s needs are communicated, understood, and addressed in a timely manner and clearly articulated to the internal team

  • Work with the business administrative department to complete all contracts, agreements, and all clearances

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or account management 

  • Strong understanding of traditional and emerging social media platforms, trends, and how businesses use them

  • Exceptional communication and organization skills

  • Passion for culture, and technology

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for helping businesses grow

  • Dependable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team

Compensation: This is a 1099 position with a 100% commission-based monthly recurring income compensation structure. Designed for driven sales professionals who thrive on performance and enjoy uncapped earning potential.
